Extremely grateful for the Beyond Education Team. Due to COVID, I was at risk of losing my job and being made redundant.After speaking to a member of the Beyond Education team they reassured me and immediately started enquiring about what field of work I was looking for, requested for my CV and took some details down. Within the week, I had received a brand new amazing CV, with minor amendments I had to make. Additionally, within their connections they sent my CV over to a firm that dealt with recruiting in my field of work. I then received a bespoke job search with a list of job opportunities for me to apply for.
We later found out that I would have to re-interview for my job role and honestly, if I hadn’t received the support from Beyond Education, I may not have my job.To give a better insight, prior to COVID, I had only been at the company for three months, so the chances of me keeping my job felt very minuscule at the time. Prior to the interview, Beyond Education consultant, Stephen, sent me different articles and interview questions pertaining to my job role to read up on. Before attending my interview, he called me and for 30 minutes we went over possible questions that may come up. By the time I went into the interview, I was confident and prepped.
The entire ordeal was extremely stressful and caused a great deal of anxiety. However, the Beyond Education team constantly reassured me and made me feel important through it all. Although I was unsure of the outcome of my job, due to the presence of the team, I knew I would be fine long term because they were probably more determined than me to get a job/keep my job (haha).
Once again, I would like to reiterate my gratitude for the team. At a troubling time, they put my mind at ease constantly. Everything they said they would do, they did and MORE. Even at times, when it seemed like I was being treated unfairly, they swooped in, helped me formulate emails to defend my position and if I hadn’t received that level of help and support I would probably be unemployed today.
To those reading this review, I would genuinely give them a chance. They will do everything and more to ensure you have a job, or you are in a field of work, YOU truly enjoy. The team had no clue about fashion, however, was happy to explore jobs in that field for me (haha). I can’t imagine the amount of dedication and hardwork they would put in if it was a job role they were fully educated in. Work with them, you won’t regret it!

BE gave me extensive guidance through the interview process for my current role. I would say I received strong research tips and background information on the company.
A confidence boost that allowed me to really believe in my own capabilities. Several times I remember speaking to BE and being told your CV is stellar you will impress just believe in yourself.
The confidence boost, I read an article recently that states that women are more likely to be too intimidated to apply for higher-paying roles due to a lack of confidence. Taking that into account we have to look for external resources that can close that gap and equip us with the right perspective (in order for us to apply for these roles). BE closed that gap for me. They were also always readily available at anytime or day.

Beyond Education have been a great help in boosting my confidence and providing moral support. I started my journey into Risk & Compliance in December 2019 and had to prepare for multiple-stage interviews. It had been a while since I had an interview let alone multiple stages so I was pretty nervous to say the least. However, Beyond Education supported me throughout all of my interview prep and I received a grad job offer in January 2020.
My favourite aspect is the moral support you receive from Stephen more than anything. With Covid-19, my job offer was pushed back and I was disheartened at first but Stephen always encouraged me and reached out to me. He is also very well connected and I appreciate how helpful he was when I was looking for new roles.

I'm still currently at university but I can say that my career started as soon as I started my social work degree. Attending interviews for placements every year and navigating around future career paths and understanding that your network is your net worth has been something that Beyond Education has taught me.
Now that I'm coming to the end of my degree and it's now time for me to start applying for jobs. With the help of BE, they helped me narrow down my search which guided me to know what exactly I needed to look for when applying for jobs, which can be a very tedious activity. However, BE made this less time consuming due to knowing what I am looking for.
Interviews are most definitely not my strong points and one thing that BE does that not many other organisations do, is boost your confidence. Before being introduced to BE I was not confident when stepping into interview rooms and my lack of confidence didn’t even get me into the next round. But being introduced to BE has literally changed the way I perceive the interviewing process. I am the prize! and I for one have gained so much confidence from being a member of the BE organisation.
BE has literally helped shape my CV to the next level. They helped me point out areas on my cv that needed a touch up. The feedback gained was clear cut and I understood everything that pointed out.
I would say that the motivation and the positive energy that goes into helping individuals was an aspect that I appreciated the most! Most days when I feel like giving up they always constantly remind me to keep pushing.
